great air conditioning safety box blackout curtains large wardrobe
The room had air conditioning, a safety box, and a small fridge. The bed was large! and offered firm support. I found blackout curtains, which helped to sleep well. There Was a nice wardrobe for storing clothes.
The walls between rooms seemed VERY thin.

The breakfast included both sweet and savory options, a really nice variety. I saw fresh fruit available plus some pastries. Coffee and juice were available too. It was a very complete offer.

the staff transported luggage from the ferry. i found the room very comfortable. the pool was really nice. the location is perfect, right in the center, close to everything.
the air conditioning took a while to kick in and the room felt hot.

The location was definitely a plus. It was easy to reach all the main attractions (shops and restaurants). Staff arranged to carry our bags from the ferry, a nice touch.
The room showed signs of wear. There were stains on the shelves and cracked tiles in the bathroom (details that bothered me a bit). I also found the soundproofing inadequate. I could hear noise from nearby parties very clearly.

the hotel staff met me at the pier upon arrival. the pool area included a bar. the staff transported luggage to the room. i found my room recently renovated and very clean.
i heard shouting and screaming at 2 am because the hotel is a short walk from a beach nightclub.
